Elizabeth Bennet's Brown Butter & Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies
My favorite cookie deserves to be named after my favorite character!
As Elizabeth Bennet puts it herself:
"I roused, and interested you, because I was so unlike them."
This is an impertinent cookie: not all sugar and sweetness; a little saltiness as well.
